The Historic Contexts, Reports & Plans program of the New Mexico State Historic Preservation Office (NMHPD) oversees and aids in the research and development of historic contexts, reports and plans for use by academic researchers, federal, state and local agencies, and industry in the evaluation and treatment of historic properties in the state. NMHPD is invested in securing contracts from qualified professionals to produce quality research on topics important to New History history and archaeology.
